Yes — a basic listing in the directory is free. Professionals who want enhanced features like a full profile, featured placement in search, and referral tracking can upgrade to a Professional membership.

Visit the Organizer Portal, sign in, and click "Create Event." You can add the event name, date, time, location, and a description. Once created, Introvia generates a QR code you can print and place at the event for attendee check-in. You can view registrations, manage event details, and send follow-up emails to attendees all from the same portal.
When you create an event, Introvia generates a unique QR code for it. Print it and place it on tables or at the entrance. Attendees scan it with their phone, enter their name and email, and they're checked in — no app download required. Their information is captured automatically and available to the organizer after the event.
After attending an event, you can visit that event's page on Introvia and see the list of attendees. From there you can select anyone you'd like to connect with and send them a connection request with a short message. They'll receive a notification to accept or decline, and an email — your contact details stay private until they accept.
No. When you send a connection request, the other person sees your name and message but not your email or phone number. Your contact details are only shared once they accept the request. You're in control of who can reach you.
